• Such dryness can be caused by Invasion of Pathogenic Wind or by Heat.
• The term "Heat", in Traditional Chinese Medicine, refers to measurable heat, like a fever, as well as heat you cannot measure - like hot flashes. Heat can also be inflammation, hyperactivity, or over stimulation.
